Double Size Bed vs Full Size Bed Dimensions - Are They Different?

Let’s start off by letting you know that a full sized, double size and standard sized bed are all the same size coming in at approx 53 inches wide by 75 inches long. Now the reason we say approximately is because every manufacturer is different and the sizes can vary just a little bit. ¼ of inch here, ½ an inch there.
