Developed to be 5x cooler than standard non-Reactex® products, the Arctic Cooling Mattress Cover Protector helps you sleep comfortably cool while protecting your mattress investment. Reactex® technology provides pressure-activated cooling that pulls heat away from the surface of the mattress and stores it away from the body to help maintain optimal sleep temperatures. A whisper-quiet waterproof lining prevents liquids from seeping into your mattress, protecting it from spills and stains for years to come.

Care
- Machine wash cold; No permanent press; No chlorine bleach; Tumble dry low; Ensure product has spare room to tumble in dryer to prevent scorching.
Shipping
When ordering directly through Serta.com, most bedding accessories will arrive in 1-3 weeks via FedEx Ground. Please note, we are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Warranty
You should be able to rely on the quality of your rest night after night. That is why we offer a 3-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. Returns
Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you're within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. Please note that the 120-Day In-Home Trial applies only to purchases made on Serta.com.

Mattress FAQs
While you are not required to use a protector with your Serta.com mattress, we do recommend using one to help guard against stains, spills, and accidents.
A mattress cover is simply the covering that comes pre-installed around the foam of your mattress, and in the case of Serta, is not meant to be removed/washed.
A pad refers to a thin, quilted piece of fabric that fits over the surface of a mattress to offer a little protection against light moisture issues.
A protector is typically waterproof and will guard your mattress against accidents and spills.
A mattress topper is a thick layer of cushion that sits on top of a mattress to give you extra support along with a great plush feeling for maximum comfort.
To wash and care for your protector, machine wash with cold water. Line dry or tumble dry with no heat.
We do not recommend bleaching the protector as bleach has harsh chemicals that could break down the waterproof backing.
If you are not completely happy with the protector you purchased through Serta.com, you can return it for a full refund within the first 120 days of receiving it. Please reach out to us by email at support@serta.com and we will be more than happy to help with a return and refund.
All of the Arctic products will incorporate Reactex® technology. Reactex® is a unique cooling system that pulls heat away from your sleeping surface and stores it away from the body. This cooling technology was designed to provide the Goldilocks with temperature management.
With the continuous movement of energy throughout the layers of the Reactex® system, heat is dispersed throughout the product. This creates a customized temperature regulation for all-night cooling.
