Care
- To protect your mattress from stains and spills, we highly recommend using a mattress protector; This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress.
- We do not recommend applying liquids to the product; Applying liquids may stain the fabric and make the soiled area worse; Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.
- We suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area, let stand about 15 minutes, vacuum, and repeat as needed; Air the product out as much as possible.

Shipping
Comfort and convenience combine thanks to our ultra-compact packaging. This mattress ships in a super compact box that makes contactless delivery simple. Now all that's left to do is unpack, unroll, and unwind on your new cooling and supportive Serta mattress. When ordering directly through Serta.com, most MIB mattresses will arrive in 1-3 weeks via FedEx Ground shipping. We are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Warranty
You should be able to rely on the quality of your rest night after night. That is why we offer a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. If you do notice anything out of the ordinary, simply email us or call us at 1-888-557-3782 and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Returns
Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you’re within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. Please note that the 120-Day In-Home Trial applies only to purchases made on Serta.com.

The Perfect Sleeper Mattresses in a Box are comprised of 3-4 foam layers and are compressed into a box for fast, simple, and convenient shipping. These mattresses are made with the same high-quality foams to help deliver restorative sleep but provide an added aspect of convenience by shipping in a small box directly to you via FedEx within 5-14 business days.
We offer two all-foam Perfect Sleeper Mattresses in a box. The Nestled Night is 10” in height, while the Splendid Slumber is 12” in height.
The Foam Perfect Sleeper Mattresses in a box come in 2 different firmness options. The Nestled Night provides a Medium Firm feel, while the Splendid Slumber is going to provide a Medium feel.
A Hybrid mattress was designed to combine the comfort and conformability of an all foam mattress, with the support and bounce of a traditional spring mattress. Hybrid mattresses are the perfect choice for someone that wants the familiarity of a traditional mattress with enhanced pressure relief in the foam layers.
An all-foam mattress will utilize foam throughout the entire mattress. The comfort layers are combined with a durable and supportive foam core and it is the ideal mattress for any sleeping position. It aims to provide consistent support from edge to edge.
Yes! The mattress will expand to almost its full size within the first 30-60 seconds of being opened. It will continue to grow and expand the last few inches over the next 24-72 hours.
There is no harm in putting sheets on the mattress and sleeping on it right away!
We suggest that the mattress be unboxed within 3-4 weeks. Leaving the mattress in the box longer than that will not harm the mattress, but it may cause the expansion time to take a bit longer.
We do not recommend keeping the mattress boxed for longer than 12 weeks as that can potentially cause the mattress to not fully expand to its intended dimensions.
Both of these delivery options will require you to schedule delivery and require an adult to be present at the time of delivery. Most deliveries occur within 2-4 weeks of the order being placed.
The Perfect Sleeper Mattresses in a Box take about 5-14 business days to arrive, and it will be delivered by FedEx Ground.
